Properties in Outer Ring Road

Chennai's Outer Ring Road runs in a wide arc around the western edge of the city, from Vandalur on GST Road up towards Minjur in the north. It crosses the Bengaluru highway and other radial roads, opening up large land parcels along the way.

The road gives quick access to the Sriperumbudur and Oragadam industrial belts, as well as GST Road and the northern suburbs. That access has made the corridor a growth belt for large-format residential townships.

Projects here tend to be big gated communities with extensive shared amenities. Casagrand Highcity, spread across 41 acres with more than 4,000 homes, is one of the largest developments on the corridor.
