Century Artizan
Century Artizan is a finished plotted community by Century Real Estate on NITTE Meenakshi College Road, near the BSF Campus in Yelahanka. The 47-acre layout was carved into 246 plots. Possession was handed over in June 2019, so buyers can walk the roads and inspect their exact plot.
Two plot formats are available: a 60 x 40 plot of 2,400 sq ft at ₹1.56 Cr and a 50 x 80 plot of 4,000 sq ft at ₹2.60 Cr. Both work out to around ₹6,500 per sq ft. Owners design and build their own homes within the approved setbacks and local bylaws.

There is no built floor plan here, as each plot is sold as land for the owner's own home. The 60 x 40 plot gives 2,400 sq ft for a compact family house. The 50 x 80 plot offers 4,000 sq ft and more freedom once setbacks apply.
