Brigade Oasis Phase 3 Plots is a gated plotted layout by Brigade Group on NH 648 at Lakshmipura, in Devanahalli near Bangalore's airport. The phase covers 40 acres and was carved into 460 plots. Possession has been running since July 2025, so the roads, drains and landscaping are already in place.

Pricing opened at about ₹90 lakh for the 1,200 sq ft plot, roughly ₹7,500 per sq ft. All 460 plots are now sold out with the developer, so any purchase today is a resale.
A plot lets you design your own home, within the setbacks and floor limits of the approved plan and local bylaws. Before you agree a price, confirm whether the plot on offer is a standard or Garden Plot and where it sits in the layout. Budget, too, for maintenance and property tax, which accrue even before you build.
