Brigade Neem Grove is a 7-acre plotted layout by Brigade Group inside the Brigade Orchards belt of Devanahalli, North Bangalore. It sits along the Brigade Orchards Spinal Road, off NH 207 and Boodigere Road. The layout is complete, with possession running from April 2024.

As a plotted development, Brigade Neem Grove has no built floor plans; owners design their own homes. The five plot sizes are 1,086, 1,554, 2,341, 3,294 and 4,005 sq ft, from Type 5 up to Type 1. Each size gives a different footprint once setbacks are applied.
Any house must follow the setbacks and floor limits of the approved layout plan and local bylaws. Get these limits in writing before briefing an architect. If a resale plot already carries a house, ask for the sanctioned plan it was built against.
