Bren Zahara is located in Kasavanahalli, in the HSR Extension belt off Sarjapur Road. This is one of southeast Bangalore's established apartment and IT-linked micro-markets. The developer does not publish a fuller street address.

Sarjapur Road is known for peak-hour congestion, so test your commute at rush hour. Also check nearby schools and services for yourself before booking.

Zahara offers four 3 BHK layouts. Type-3 is the smallest at 1,668 sq ft, followed by Type-1 at 1,724 sq ft. Type-4 measures 1,784 sq ft and Type-2 is the largest at 1,792 sq ft.

With sizes this close, the differences lie mainly in room proportions and balcony placement. Ask for the RERA carpet area of each, as the quoted figures are built-up.

The master plan fits 302 homes on 4 acres in buildings of 17 floors. That is a fairly dense, vertical layout. The tower count is not published.

With possession under way since 2024, you can see the finished building on a visit. Ask whether any common facilities changed after handover.
