Thinking of Assetz Ren & Rei in Gattahalli? Layouts, Costs and Checks (2026)
Some buyers prefer a small community to a township with thousands of homes. Assetz Ren & Rei fits that taste: 218 apartments built by Assetz Property in the south-east of Bangalore. This guide goes through the surroundings, the plans, the pricing and the checks that matter before a booking.
Getting There
The project is in the Janatha Colony part of Gattahalli, pin code 560099. This residential pocket has Hosur Road on one flank and Sarjapur Road on the other, with Hosa Road a short distance off. Daily needs such as groceries, schools and clinics are mostly found along the main roads rather than inside the village.
Electronic City is 6 km from the project, while the Sarjapur Road stretch is 6.5 km. The lane leading to the project is thinner than those main roads, so check it at the hours you actually travel. A trial run to your workplace in the evening peak says more than any brochure.
Two Towers, Two Plans
The 3.79-acre plot holds a pair of 13-floor towers, and about 73% of it stays open as greenery and common space. Between the towers are the clubhouse, a pool and sports courts. Each core has a trio of lifts, two for residents and one for goods, and the basement car park has one ramp in and another out.
All the apartments have three bedrooms, in one of two plans:
- Type 1 has 1,796 sq ft saleable and 1,353 sq ft usable carpet space, balconies included
- Type 2 is a little larger at 1,821 sq ft saleable and 1,361 sq ft carpet, balconies included
Balconies go to a maximum of 105 sq ft. Since the plans are so alike, what separates one unit from another is its tower, level and aspect.
Who It Fits
Because every home has three bedrooms, the project is meant for families that need that space. A smaller community means fewer neighbours per lift and a clubhouse split among fewer owners. Homes are due from 2029, a poor match for anyone who must move soon.
Pricing in Detail
Prices start at Rs. 189 Lakhs for Type 1, and quotes extend to about Rs. 190 Lakhs. Spread over the saleable area, that is close to Rs. 10,500 a sq ft. Higher floors and better views normally attract a premium.

- GST on the building cost
- Karnataka stamp duty at 5% with surcharges for values above Rs. 45 Lakhs, plus the 2% registration fee
- A parking slot, club membership and the upkeep deposit
- Utility hookup fees for power, water and sewage

What Is on Site
More than 20 amenities are planned around a clubhouse of roughly 14,000 sq ft. Highlights are a heated or cooled pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym and a spa. Co-working corners, a kids' zone, a pets' park and a landscaped walking track complete the list.
Cameras monitor the common areas. A community of this size spreads upkeep over fewer homes, so ask for the expected monthly maintenance charge.
Developer Background
Assetz Property builds apartments and plotted layouts in many parts of the city. One handed-over example on the Sarjapur side is Assetz 63 Degree East. Seeing a finished Assetz community in person shows how the shared areas are kept.
Registration and Checks
Karnataka RERA issued the registration in February 2025, and it reads PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/130225/007501. The towers are still being built. The approved plan and progress reports can be read on the state portal.
Before paying a booking amount, run through this list:
- Check the portal for the same registration, number of homes and finish date
- Collect the price list for each unit, with floor and facing surcharges
- See that the draft agreement states your unit's carpet area
- Read the stage-wise payment plan and the delay compensation terms
- Go to the site and view the approach lane and both towers' progress
