Properties in Malur

Malur is a town in Kolar district on Bangalore's eastern edge, beyond Hoskote. It is known for its industrial area and its tile and brick units, and it lies on the Bangalore–Chennai railway line with a station of its own.

Road links run towards Hoskote and Old Madras Road, and on to Whitefield and the city. Land here is far more affordable than in Bangalore proper, which has drawn plotted layouts aimed at long-term buyers.

Organised supply is mostly gated plotted developments rather than apartments. Concorde Equity Plots, a 25-acre layout by Concorde Group at Maliyappanahalli Village, offers several plot sizes and is under development.
