Huskur lies off Electronic City in south Bangalore, close to Hebbagodi, Bommasandra and the Hosur Road corridor. Huskur Road threads through the area, which has shifted from farmland to a busy mix of layouts and apartment towers.

Electronic City's tech campuses and the Bommasandra industrial area are nearby employment hubs, and Hosur Road connects the locality to the rest of the city. The Namma Metro Yellow Line runs along Hosur Road, giving residents a rail option into Bangalore.

Newer supply here is increasingly high-rise, pitched at buyers who work in the Electronic City catchment. Orchid South Park by Goyal & Co, with two 30-floor towers on Huskur Road, is one such project under construction.
